Directions to PLEA from Parkway North, South and West:

Take the Parkway East (Rt 376) to the Wilkinsburg exit (3rd exit after the Squirrel Hill tunnel). The exit ramp will put you onto Ardmore Blvd. Go straight through 3 traffic lights. At the 3rd light, be in the center lane of the 3 lanes going in your direction. Take your next left onto South Ave. Again go straight through 3 traffic lights. Half a block after the 3rd light on the right is the South Ave. Methodist Church (large gray stone building). Our offices are in that building - we rent space from them. Turn right into the metered parking lot just after the church. See directions below for entrance to building.

Directions to PLEA from Rt. 28:

Take the Highland Park Bridge. Stay in the left lane and follow signs for Rt 8 South. Bear right onto Washington Blvd at the first light. At the 5th light, turn left onto Penn Ave. (There's a large brick church on the left and a business called Eichleay's on the right.) Follow Penn for quite a few blocks. You'll pass Wendy's, then a McDonald's (a couple blocks after the Wendy's). Turn right onto Hay St. at the light a block after the McDonald's. Take a left at the next traffic light onto South Ave. Go 1 1/2 blocks, through 1 traffic light. You'll see a metered parking lot on your left adjacent to the South Ave. Methodist Church, a large, gray stone building. Our offices are in that building - we rent space from them. Turn left into the metered parking lot just before the church. See directions below for entrance to building.

Directions to PLEA from Oakland, Shadyside:

Take 5th Ave. to Penn Ave. Turn right onto Penn Ave. Follow Penn for quite a few blocks. You'll pass Wendy's, then a McDonald's (a couple blocks after the Wendy's). Turn right onto Hay St. at the light a block after the McDonald's. Take a left at the next traffic light onto South Ave. Go 1 1/2 blocks, through 1 traffic light. Directions to PLEA from Oakmont, Penn Hills, Verona Area:

Get to Frankstown Rd. At the intersection with Coal Hollow, Laketon, and Beulah, turn left onto Beulah Rd. Follow it past the country club to the traffic light after Beulah Presbyterian Church (on the left). Turn right onto William Penn Highway. Follow that road into Wilkinsburg. You'll go through about 6 traffic lights and you'll be in Wilkinsburg business district and on Penn Ave. Follow Penn Ave. through several traffic lights until you see the CVS Pharmacy/Store on the left. Turn left onto Hay St. Take a left at the next traffic light onto South Ave. Go 1 1/2 blocks, through 1 traffic light. You'll see the South Ave. Methodist Church, a large, gray stone building on the left. Our offices are in that building - we rent space from them. Turn left into the metered parking lot just before the church. See directions below for entrance to building.

Entrance to Building:

Meters are 25cents for 75 minutes and they do ticket expired meters. Go to the front of the building. Take the covered walkway to the door at the end. Press the buzzer marked PLEA. Someone will let you in. Turn left and enter the double doors to the stairway. Come to the 2nd floor to room 204.
